June, 2011 — New energy is coming to the Schoolhouse Lofts in East Walnut Hills. Cranewoods Development has purchased the remaining units in the project and is providing new layouts, new design, upgraded finishes and fixtures, and new private garages. Particularly interesting is that Cranewoods has teamed with the Cincinnati Development Fund (CDF) to create very affordable financing that includes a no interest/no payment 2nd mortgage for 10% of the unit purchase price.
